I took the shuttle bus from New London, NH to Logan Airport (Boston) recently. At the NH terminal, every single car parked in the handicapped spaces - all 6 - were badly, badly straddling lines, parked too far in/out of spaces, in the hashmarked areas, etc. None really looked to be interfering with anyone else, but apparently they all shared the same severe parking handicap.
Not a BMW among them, either.
